FOREWORD

I am pleased to introduce the first  report on activities of members of AFROSAI-E. Being the first year that this report is issued, I aim to identify trends and basic priorities amongst member SAIs which I believe will not only provide useful comparative information to members but will also provide insight in the activities of institutions supporting democracy to a variety of stakeholders such as parliaments, African public, international, regional and national agencies, etc.
